You won't believe who's behind the Obama, McCain campaign computer security breaches

The title of this entry says it all.  You won't believe who's behind this summer's Obama and McCain campaign computer security breaches.

It was Uganda.  Who would have believed their military possessed a high-tech computer hacker squadron?  President Yoweri Musevini ordered his military to break into both campaigns' networks in an effort to better understand the candidates' positions on Uganda's campaign to get elected to the U.N. Security Council.

After conferring with Richard Clarke about the breakins, I'm convinced Uganda also wanted to know if Kenya has any serious ties to Barack Obama.  As you may know, his father hailed from Kenya and the country recently declared a national holiday over his election.  Uganda borders Kenya and the two countries have long stood at odds over a contested border area spanning from Pokot down to Masaba.  It would obviously benefit Uganda to know if President-elect Obama has a stance on that dispute...
