USAF will seek death penalty for British hacker
The Air Force has asked me to testify as an expert witness in their case against Gary McKinnon, the British hacker who broke into 97 top secret military computers. Prosecutors made it clear that they will seek the death penalty because he knowingly and willfully violated Air Force Instruction 33-219 paragraph A3.3.6. The USAF prosecutors wanted to make sure I could testify against the man knowing he might die.
After much thought, I decided to take the job and I will do my very best to send Mr. McKinnon to the gallows. His crime is truly heinous and no other punishment will suffice. The American people must be given their vengence.
